Erin Clark, Executive Director
Erin has been working with the ATCB since October 2014 and began her new role as executive director in March 2015. Before coming to the ATCB, Erin worked in both the nonprofit and public sectors, primarily in the areas of program and project management. Erin has a master's degree in social work and a passion for serving in organizations that are mission-oriented and driven. Erin finds the work of the ATCB very exciting and looks forward to helping the organization carry out its mission. When she is not at work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and volunteering.
Kimia Hafezi, Program Assistant
Kimia joined the ATCB in June 2016 and works as the program assistant. In this role, she provides overall support to the credentialing program. Kimia enjoys working in the closely-knitted ATCB organization and finds her work very satisfying. Kimia graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in history from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Kimia thoroughly enjoys and loves to learn and plans to expand her education at some point in the future.
Barbara Melchionne, Administrative Assistant
Barbara joined the ATCB in May 2016 as the part time administrative assistant. Barbara earned a mathematics degree from Rutgers University. While living in New Jersey, she worked in the actuarial field as a pension administrator. Since moving to North Carolina, she has gained valuable experience working for nonprofit organizations as an administrative assistant, docent, gift shop coordinator and special events assistant. Barbara is always eager to learn new concepts and especially enjoys working with facts and figures. She?s ready to help others resolve issues or concerns. Away from work, she spends time with her husband and friends, walks her dog, reads, gardens and loves to bake.
